The executive committee is elected annually at the AGM by the Conseil d’administration.
Peter G Weeks, RHI, NCH, ACI - Président
Peter G Weeks first joined the CAHPI National Conseil d’administration in February 2013. He is Président and senior inspector of his own inspection company; Peter Weeks Home Inspections – PGW Enterprises Inc. and has been inspecting homes in Eastern Ontario and Western Québec since 2002. Peter began his Home Inspection career after operating his own general contracting company since the mid 1980’s. Peter has held various executive positions with the CAHPI National Association including Trésorier and Secrétaire. In addition to participating in countless committees, Peter was the Committee chair of the very successful 2013 National Conference in Gatineau Québec. Peter is a past Directeur and long time member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors as well as a member of ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors.
Darryl Bailey, RHI, NCH - Trésorier
Darryl joined the CAHPI National Conseil d’administration in November 2019. He owns AusCan Building Inspections in New Westminster, BC. Darryl has been a home inspector since Jan 2008. He is a past member of HIABC, formally CAHPI(BC) and a previous Board Member, Chair of Training Committee and on Education Committee. He is a Certified Asbestos Building Inspector, Level 1 Thermographer and Commercial Inspector. In addition, he is a CPBC approved Trainer and Evaluator, Licensed Contractor for 20 years and previously branch manager of Australia’s largest metal recycling company.
Graham Clarke, P.Eng, RHI, NCH, ACI - Past Président
Graham joined the CAHPI National Conseil d’administration in April 2015. Graham graduated from the University of Toronto in 1989 with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, and became a Professional Engineer in 1991. He has performed thousands of home inspections and was
Vice Président of Engineering at Carson Dunlop. Graham has been training home inspectors at Seneca College since 2001. He was the founding chair of the National Certification Authority for home inspectors, currently the Past Président of CAHPI as well as a Past Président of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors. Graham is a regular speaker and trainer at conferences and seminars across North America on a variety of technical and business-related subjects.
Wayne DeJong, RHI, NCH - Vice Président
Wayne joined the CAHPI National Conseil d’administration in November 2018 and is returning for a second term. He has owned a Pillar To Post home inspection franchise and has been conducting home inspections in Vancouver, BC since 1997. Was a board member for three years of the former CAHPI(BC). He was involved with the development of the National Certification Program assisting with program definition, performing inspector examinations and served as the BC Regional Examiner for a brief period. Prior to choosing home inspection as a career, Wayne was an environmental consultant specializing in wastewater process auditing and treatment systems.
Sharry Featherston, Executive Directeur
Sharry Featherston is the CAHPI Executive Directeur . She resides in Eastern Ontario. Sharry worked for a local home inspector prior to joining CAHPI in 2006 and previous to that was an Account Manger for two international manufacturers of HVAC sensors and commercial/industrial monitors. She is responsible for the day to day operations of the association, assisting the Conseil d’administration along with various committees and special projects such as the development of the CAHPI Education eLearning Portal. She enjoys all her interactions with the membership; the comradery with the volunteer committee members and the opportunity to educate and serve the public.

These Directeur s serve as the primary representatives from each province/region to CAHPI's National board. They provide service and information on issues of CAHPI policy to the members and represent the views of those members on the CAHPI National board.

Andrew Christie, RHI, NCH
Andy joined the CAHPI National Conseil d’administration in November 2020. Andy inspects century homes/old buildings, provides cottage inspections, he also inspects farm properties and all types of buildings including commercial buildings. He investigates mould causes and solutions. In addition to problem solving for realtors, buyers and sellers. He is a Civil Engineering Technology Graduate (specializing in buildings and structures). He has cheerfully been protecting and educating buyers and sellers for 28 years! He enjoys coaching and teaching children’s sports, including ball hockey and ice hockey.
Dan Brown, RHI, NCH
Dan joined the CAHPI National Conseil d’administration in November 2020. Dan owns HightecH Home Inspection Inc. He puchased Cover Your Assets Inspection Home and Commercial Inspections in Powell River and North Vancouver Island in 2017. Previously, HightecH Enterprises was covering the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley Home and provided Commercial Building Inspections. A member of the Conseil d’administration of the former CAHPI(BC). His post-secondary education includes Project Management, Construction estimating, Blueprint reading, computer courses and home inspection education courses including monthly on-going education as is required to be a home inspection professional in the province of BC.
Kelly Baziuk, RHI, NCH, ACI
Kelly joined the CAHPI National Conseil d’administration in November 2018 and is returning for a second term. Kelly has been the owner and chief home inspector for Welcome Home Inspection Service in Winnipeg Manitoba since 2013. Kelly is a dedicated professional with over 40 years of experience as a Red Seal mechanical trades person, Certified Engineering Technologist, Project Manager and Registered Home Inspector. Kelly is a member of the Certified Technicians and Technologist of Manitoba, CTTAM as a Certified Engineering Technologist and Level 1 Thermal Imaging Thermographer through Infrared Training Center, (ITC).
Jim Cleghorn, RHI, NCH
Jim joined the CAHPI National Conseil d’administration in November 2019. He has nine years of experience as a home inspector in the Greater Toronto Area. Jim is a Certified Infrared Thermographer- Level II, and has a C-NRPP Certified Measurement Professional designation.
He has thirty years of experience in the Canadian commercial property insurance marketplace.
Don Dell, NCH, RHI, CET
Don joined the CAHPI National Conseil d’administration in October 2021. Don Dell lives in Cambridge with his wife Susan, together they run a home inspection and sewer inspection company. Don has earned the RHI designation and is a Certified Engineering Technologist. He has been inspecting homes since 2012 and currently owns and operates a Pillar to Post Franchise in Cambridge, Ontario. Prior to inspecting homes Don was involved in the Pulp and Paper Industry building and installing electrical and plumbing systems for process and environmental systems operations and improvements. Leisure time is enjoyed by camping, fishing and spending time in the back yard with the three dogs.

Jeremy Winton, RHI, NCH
Jeremy joined the CAHPI National Conseil d’administration in November 2020. Jeremy has 20 years of construction and renovation experience. He has worked in all areas and aspects of construction. Jeremy completed the Carson Dunlop home inspection training program. With the support of friends and family Jeremy has been able to expand and grow his home inspection business Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Andrew LaRoche, RHI, NCH
Andrew joined the CAHPI National Conseil d’administration in November 2018 and is returning for a second term. Andrew has been with AmeriSpec Inspection Services since 1999. He has extensive certifications in building codes and inspection courses and has performed over seven thousand residential and commercial inspections. Andrew has a background in construction and has trained in New Home Warranty Inspections. He is WETT certified, provides septic and well inspections and is a Radon Measurement Professional with C-NRPP.
George Tabchouri, P.Eng, RHI, NCH
George joined the CAHPI National Conseil d’administration in November 2020. He received his Professional Engineering Bachelor Degree (B.A. Sc.) from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1990. George has been providing residential, commercial & multi-unit residential inspections in Montreal, Québec for 15 years. He is the Président of Canada Spec Inc. and is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineering.

Peter has had held the past position with the National Association for Trésorier, chair of the 2013 Conference Committee in addition to other committees and is a past Directeur for the Ontario Association of Home inspectors.
Brian Hutchinson, RHI, NCH
Brian joined the CAHPI National Conseil d’administration in November 2020. Born & raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Brian attended Dalhousie University graduating in 1975 with liberal arts degree, he then attended St. Mary’s University graduating in 1976 with Bachelor of Education degree. Brian acquired a Pillar to Post franchise in 1995. He is a founding member of CAHPI-Atlantic serving as Trésorier, Vice-Président and Président. He also served previously as CAHPI National Trésorier, Vice-Président and on numerous committees. His personal interests have included music, martial arts and photography.
