This session will cover the emergence of “plastic” plumbing distribution pipes from the 1970’s onward, their characteristics and some common problems.
Presenter: Trevor Welby-Solomon Trevor has been a home inspector since 1994. In 1999 he joined Pillar To Post as Vice President of Technical Training, Support and Development until he retired in 2014. Trevor now runs a consulting business known as Inspection Resources Group which provides consulting services to home inspection companies seeking guidance in curriculum development and legislative compliance in the home inspection sector.
